Corality Ltd is a software company based in Essex, founded in 2024. We build field operations software for housing associations, councils and the surveying consultancies that deliver their stock condition, EPC and compliance programmes.
Corality was built alongside NXN Surveying, on live housing programmes rather than in a demo environment. Every feature, from resident self-booking to timestamped no-access evidence, was shaped by surveyors in the field and the housing teams they report to. Today it runs 30+ surveyors, 25,000+ properties and 8 housing associations and councils.
Corality was founded by Gerry Nixon, who has spent 25 years in enterprise software and sales. The aim is simple: give landlords a record of every home they can stand behind, and give the people doing the work a system that keeps up with them.
